Return Policy
At Soloman, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact us at soloman@soloman.life within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Soloman reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or promotional events.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3-8 business days after shipment.
We proudly offer international delivery. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
For the time being, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. Soloman is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Soloman is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
